Enerpoint: the photovoltaic professionals
Enerpoint recently changed from an Srl to an S.p.A., and has succeeded, since 2001, in earning a position of leadership at the national level thanks to its professionalism and the experience of its employees and collaborators, allowing it to become a true benchmark in the photovoltaic sector.
Today Enerpoint boasts a dedicated staff of 28 employees and a vast techno-commercial network throughout Italy; over 300 photovoltaic plants planned and implemented in Italy; with many more in progress thanks to Conto Energia.
Know-how and many years of experience, high quality products, extraordinary customer service and a leading role in the publicizing and promoting of solar energy systems all distinguish Enerpoint.
It is precisely these characteristics which lead to the signing of this agreement on 19 April last year with XGROUP S.p.A., a company headquartered in Padua, with twenty years of technical experience and a continuing passion for the photovoltaic industry.
XGROUP: Photovoltaics 100% made in Italy
XGROUP, just launched its first production line of 25 MW, enjoying a 6,000 m2 facility which houses 4 automated and vertically integrated production lines for the manufacture of mono and polycrystalline photovoltaic cells and modules.
Achieving such high levels of optimization, efficiency and compliance with environmental regulations is possible thanks to the technology employed by utilizing the finest facilities available in the industry today.
The production goals for the next three years are to reach 70% of production of the first line by October 2007, install a second line for 25 MWp by 2008 and the other two production lines for 50 MWp by 2009. The realization of these goals will allow XGROUP S.p.A. by 2010 to have a total production capacity of 100 MWp and 150 specially trained employees.
The production of cells and modules, the guaranteed supply of silicon thanks to a ten-year agreement with the supplier, the strengths in innovation, research and the willingness to share its expertise make XGROUP S.p.A. a company that is destined to play a key role in the photovoltaic industry in Italy and beyond.
The collaboration of these two important Italian companies is certainly an excellent sign for the industry, the job market and above all, the Italian solar photovoltaic industry which is experiencing a real boom in this period, thanks to Conto Energia.
