Enerpoint presents the Tigo Energy Maximizer

15/06/2010 - At Solarexpo 2010 Enerpoint presented an innovative system that will extract the maximum power from photovoltaic plants whilst monitoring them closely. Come and see it at the 25th EU PV SEC in Valencia!!

Solarexpo 2010 has been an exclusive showcase for Enerpoint where they presented an innovative product able to optimise performance of photovoltaic installations, facilitate monitoring of the power output on the part of the end user and speed up economic return on investment.

The Tigo Energy Maximizer is a new product developed by Tigo Energy in partnership with Enerpoint, which allows an increase in the power output of the plant installed to the tune of  between 4 and 8% over the system’s entire life cycle.

Thanks to Tigo technology, which has developed a software that can monitor the correct functioning of the plant at all times, warning users in case of malfunction, Enerpoint installers are now able to offer their customers a photovoltaic plant with elevated standards of reliability and safety.

Indeed, the real plus is the Software MaxiManager that enables complete control of the plant by means of monitoring the data of each and every module, maximising their power output and limiting negative effects owing to temporary shade. Maximanager enables the plant to be controlled at any time and from any computer, hand-held computer or mobile phone, provided that they are connected to the internet.

As well as the Tigo Energy system, Enerpoint exhibited, the new SANYO and Suntech modules and SolarMax and SMA inverters, prestigious brands which will be sold alongside the legendary SHARP, Schott Solar, REC, Kaneka, Fronius and Power-One.

Meet us at the 25th EU PV SEC in Valencia, 6-9 September 2010, Hall 3, boot L2/H3/A13.
