Solarexpo 2010: thanks for visiting us!!

07/06/2010 - The exhibition-conference dedicated to solar energy is now over but, as always, it was a resounding success… we’d like to thank all those who came to visit our stand!

With approximately 69,500 visitors, Solarexpo & Greenbuilding 2010 broke all previous records and can now claim to be the most important event in Italy and one of the five most important trade fairs in the world in the photovoltaics and renewable energy sector.

Its increasing popularity has, in recent years, enabled the trade fair in Verona to increase in size and importance and the statistics are proof:

• 69,500 visitors in 3 days (+ 9% compared to 2009)
• 1,200 exhibitors
• 100 thousand square metres of occupied space
• 71 conferences and seminars
• 343 speakers
• 5,320 participants
• Solar Photovoltaics , thermics,  hydroelectrics, biomass and geothermics  were the main topics under discussion

Enerpoint was present with a brand new look and with an extremely varied and vast product portfolio, including legendary producers of photovoltaic modules such as Sharp, SCHOTT Solar, REC and Kaneka, as well as new and internationally famous brands: SANYO, Suntech, Trina Solar and Samsung (the latter was given its European preview in Verona). SMA and SolarMax inverters were also showcased alongside Fronius and Power-One.

During the 3 day fair much focus was placed on Tigo Energy Maximizer, a system which allows the power output of solar panels to be maximised whilst monitoring them, as well as the Photovoltaic Kits which, complete with modules, cables, inverters and switchboards, enjoyed immense popularity with operators.

All the new products and services offered by Enerpoint were illustrated in detail during the 3 days of the fair thanks to ad hoc presentations held by both Specialised Enerpoint Technicians and the Producers themselves in order to provide a precise and exhaustive overview for visitors who, numerous as ever, visited the Enerpoint stand. We would like to thank them all!

The event will be held again next year from the 4th to the 6th of May in Verona. Be sure to come!
