In this section there is a description of how the web-site handles the
personal details of users who consult it. Here is information regarding art.
13 of D-Lgs. 196/2003 - a code protecting the personal details of people
accessing web-site services.

Personal details are processed strictly for the purpose of sending technical
and commercial information and (eventually and with people's consent)
promotional materials on Enerpoint Spa products and services, also by
electronic mail. Providing personal details is optional. However, if details
are not provided it will not be possible to send out any information.
Details may be given to the Enerpoint course manager, accountant and the
technical-sales network, for the purposes of offers and definition,
planning and installation of the plant. Details will neither be revealed to
third parties nor published.
